The Kauri Pass Trek (also known as Kuari Pass) is one of the most scenic and beginner-friendly Himalayan treks in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. Itinerary
Expand allDay 1: Dehradun to Joshimath
Drive from Dehradun to Joshimath through scenic mountain roads. Pass rivers, valleys, and famous confluences. Reach Joshimath by evening, check into your hotel, and rest for the trek.
Day 2: Joshimath to Dhak to Gulling Top
Drive to Dhak village and begin trekking towards Gulling Top. Walk through forests and villages while enjoying mountain views. Reach campsite and relax in nature.
Day 3: Gulling Top to Khullara
Trek through dense forests and meadows towards Khullara. The trail offers beautiful views of surrounding peaks. Reach campsite and prepare for the summit day.
Day 4: Khullara to Kauri Pass to Tali
Start early and trek to Kauri Pass. Enjoy breathtaking views of Himalayan peaks. After spending time at the pass, descend towards Tali campsite. Overnight stay in tents.
Day 5: Tali to Auli to Joshimath
Descend through forests towards Auli, a famous ski destination. Enjoy views of snow-covered slopes. Drive back to Joshimath and relax at the hotel.
Day 6: Joshimath to Dehradun
Drive back to Dehradun with unforgettable memories of the trek.
